Crazy home wrecker comedy mostly unfortunate and heartwarming. By the great Russo Brothers that did several Avenger movies so this still has awesome vibe to it despite the flaws! The cast is pretty great throughout, I like how wild things are in some parts. I think You, Me and Dupree is great for what it is!

Kate Hudson is really, really cute, three hundred watt cute. But that's about all that this film has going for it. It seems to me like a lot of films I've seen, where someone comes up with a really neat premise, one that gets the green light from the studio. But then someone has to write a compelling story to go on top of the premise. And this film, like so many others, peters out at that stage. There were a few laughs, but the movie got boring pretty quick, and stayed that way. Sometimes it aimed for zany, but missed by a fairly wide margin. Unless you are a huge fan of one of the actors, you probably should pass on this one. But Kate was really cute.

Owen Wilson, Matt Dillon, Kate Hudson, Seth Rogan and Michael Douglas star in this 2006 comedy. Wilson plays goofball, Dupree who attends the wedding of his best friend, Carl (Dillon) and his bride, Molly (Hudson). Soon, Dupree becomes their houseguest and things go terribly wrong for them all. Carl also begins having a tough time dealing with his father-law, Mr. Thompson (Douglas) who is also his boss. Eventually, Dupree tries to fix things with not only Carl and Molly, but himself. Rogan (Knocked Up) plays Carl and Dupree's friend, Neil who seems to let his wife control his life. This is pretty good, the cast is great and I recommend it.
